Comment: Chilling report of Boeing 747-122 during climb
that did not have door torn off, did not have nose torn off, did not crash.
Warning light was off. Ground service person had incorrectly back driven
opened the latches manually. May have been at night, may have been talking
on the radios. 3 Nov 97
