Comment: "The best quality we can produce." Give me a break,
this report is crap and the Navy knows it with an apology and lawyer's number.
Partial Denial... partial? Yeah, all the good parts are totally gone leaving
partial report. The photos are undecipherable. Well, I'm lucky I got anything.
It only took a year and several phone calls plus letters to get this. I'm
happy. I'm happy I got this report and I'm happy to be alive. Lucky on both
counts too.
