Comment: Door is ripped out at the top hinges in middle of hole.
If hinged at front, door stays closed by airstream not ripped up and away
although it may flap for a while then get torn away but would give crew
time to slow down and land. Note how original nine foot wide by eight foot
tall hole is now nine foot wide by fifteen foot tall hole. Passenger floor
was buckled, fractured and torn away. Picture bears uncanny resemblance
to destruction pattern of Pan Am 103 at early stage of disintegration. This
is where the nose gets severed. This is where the passengers get blown out
and sucked into number three engine.
