Comment: 811 event during climb at 300 knots. Heard thump. Same speed as 103 and probably 800 and 182. Talking on radio about time of event. Number three engine again gives first indication of trouble and had EPR problem. 103 had EPR blip before event. This is what happens when cargo door opens and is torn off but nose stays on.
