Comment: Decompression injuries more severe on
right side of aircraft. No fire or explosion injuries. Aircraft
was in radio contact with Shannon at time of event. Transponder
lost on ground radar scope; no primary returns seen to disintegrate.
Transponder return vanished in an instant with no swerving.
