14 August 1996 Crash Log 2.
Thinking over the 'can be bought out' thing...I want more money. Yeah, if
I get bought off on this cargo door thing and go away, "Sorry, it was
all a dream, sorry for the inconvenience, hope I didn't startle you..."
and another cargo door lets go, as it will, and another 200 or so men, women,
and children go spinning away from their full upright position seats into
the dark night, then the father survivor of a dead daughter may find out
I knew about the cargo door hazard and walked away whistling. Well, if that
were me I would just have to track myself down and kill me. So, I'll need
an additional $49.95 for the "Change your name and disappear into society
kit", available on the internet of course.
Regarding violence scaring me off which I agree will, the spitting on the
face is overkill. I now believe that a moderate jab to the chest accompanied
by a mild epithet such as, "You idiot!" will be enough to drive
me away, "Hey, it was all a dream, I don't know what I was thinking
about, sorry for the inconvenience, hope I didn't startle you."
There is still no coverup, is a belief I am having increasing difficulty
holding on to. See, I can't even write it clearly. Several days ago I posted
a picture on the web of 800 with the front cargo door retrieved in pieces.
Last night Mr. Robert "We haven't ruled anything out yet" Francis
pointed to a retrieval picture that had the cargo door in one piece. How
can a retrieved door in pieces become one piece? It can't unless...unless...
unless the artist got lazy and just drew in one piece, or some other innocent
explanation.
I'm intelligent although saying so is not. I define intelligence partly
by describing it as a brain with a lot of accurately retrieved memory and
a fast processing speed. I was born with those traits genetically. Some
people are beautiful or charming or strong. I'm smart. Added to that was
vast readings of Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poiret and thirty five years
of flying experiences. Normally smart people keep it hidden, and uh, don't
uh, talk about it, because uh, you know, like, it might make uh some people
uh, feel, uh, you know, like they are not uh, good enough, you hear what
I'm saying? You know where I'm coming from? It's like, totally yuckky to
act, uh, better, than uh, everybody else, because, uh, everybody is like
the same, you know, especially here in the United States.
Enter the internet. Unfiltered, raw, wrong, right and in between. There
is no editor saying, "You better not say that," or your mother
saying, "Don't say that," or a teacher writing a red line through
it, or advertisers saying "You said that and now I'm not going to give
you any more money," or people saying, "You said that and hurt
my feelings, now give me money and now I feel better."
The bad side is that thoughts get put there quick and dirty. Just like real
thoughts. So, if there is anything on this web site you don't like, well,
I'm the man to see. You know my email address so type away, I'm just a click
away. Part of intelligence is the ability to listen to all sides and separate
the wheat from the chaff. Find the diamonds in the rough. Separate the men
from the boys. Clear away the grease and find the bolt.
The movie Phenomenon is one in which a person gets intelligent, not through
genetics or hard work but by being lucky, the American way. So Mr. Now Smarty
Pants goes around seeing previously unseen truths which are believed, he
is feted, and he now has sappy smile of bliss on his face. Well, only in
the movies because I am living it in real life. I see previously unseen
truth of cause of accidents which are disbelieved, I am ignored, and I go
around with a frustrated frown on my face. And that's what intelligence
does to a person, it makes one realize how incredibly stupid, ignorant and
dull humans are, especially me. This insight of cargo door accident will
be one of many insights that users of the internet will see. Add another
reason for governments to fear the internet. Many of their previously error
prone reports will become apparent and their conclusions will be seen as
faulty. If it's one thing governments hate, it's looking bad. Better for
its citizens to die than for a government to look bad. Today it's airplane
crashes, tomorrow it will be diseases and wasted money.
So, whitewash, coverup, conspiracy, etc. Why has not the NTSB even mentioned
a prime suspect who was at the scene of the crime and could do the damage
described? The first place to investigate would be the door. It has two
ADs against it, it caused a well documented accident which gave extremely
similar consequences to the current mystery, it is at the admitted scene
of damage, in front of the wing on the right side, it is not unusual for
the suspect to malfunction, and there is no evidence of any other suspect.
Except for wishful thinking. Yes, I'm going to come down on the side of
wishful thinking instead of wilful coverup. The NTSB, FBI, Boeing, US government,
and TWA all wish that the cause of the death of 230 people, more before,
and probably more after, is not their fault but some crazy act of god terrorist
that what the hell, it's a tough life out there and we are doing all we
can but you've just got to accept life is cruel and unfair (but give us
more money and agents anyway.)
They will not wish and will go to great lengths to not even think about,
(I don't want to speculate, now is not the time to speculate, that's just
speculation,") the cause of the crash to be something so in their face
obvious and simple but with such severe implications and consequences that
the little bit of space they allot to their right creative side brains just
rebels and starts to throw up so they get a cup of coffee and talk about
the Forty Niners.
I have to believe they do not know the cause and are thinking of ways to
conceal the cause. That would be criminal and a betrayal of the public trust.
Really, I have to believe that the NTSB is not yet like the other government
agencies of India and UK who issued official reports of a physical event
ignoring physical laws and concluding politically satisfying ideas.
I understand how hard it is to be a NTSB investigator and be looking through
paper work and get a glimmer of the culprit, caught visually and on radar
leaving the scene of the crime and leaving documented evidence on tape of
the crime, and think, "Oh my God, a design defect in the Boeing 747
that has existed for twenty six years, crashed at least five, maybe more
airplanes, killed over a thousand people grieving many more thousands, caused
billions of dollars to be incorrectly shifted around, embarrassing my profession
of accident investigation, shaming governments especially mine, economically
devastating a part of my country, helping my enemies, and what for? Truth?
Screw truth, we are talking real life here; money, jobs, and careers. It
can't be the door! No way! These planes are strong, we are good people,
we do not murder by negligence! We are the good guys and good guys don't
kill accidentally. Bad guys kill on purpose and that's why we are going
to look for a bomb and forget all this cargo door bullshit."
I hope a little voice says, "But, but, the threat is still there, the
hazard still exists, the mystery is still unsolved, I could be next..."
19 August 1996 Research day. Went to two libraries after searching the
net. There exists another mystery crash of an early model Boeing 747 that
takes off at night, talks on the radio, explodes into two pieces, and falls
into the sea. This one occurred in January 1978. After research into the
Monterey County Herald, the New York Times, Aviation Week and Space Technology,
and Flight International, little more info was found. No info on recorders,
FOD in engines, wreckage pattern, or relevant accident info was released.
Flight International reported a possible cause to be a faulty attitude indicator
on the 20000 hours airframe. A possible cargo door caused crash until ruled
out with further information.
Also realized with a jolt I may have a reason why the doors are opening
inadvertently. Again, this is a case of looking at the forest and not the
trees. It turns out that Air India 78,182, 103, 800, and maybe 811 were
all talking on the radios when the event occurred. I hypothesize that an
electrical power surge from the high powered communication radio triggered
the door open signal. The power surge may have come from the transmitter
of the radio which is like a radio station to transmit voice hundreds of
miles, or it may have come from the power supply of the radio. All the electrical
signals pass through the nerve center behind the nose wheel. It may be a
combination of events that cause the door open signal trigger to be pulled
but it is unlikely that four or five aircraft all have a bad thing happen
while talking on the radios. The amount of time talking on the radios is
about maximum twenty minutes on a six hour flight and maybe four minutes
during a forty minute climb. One plane talking and event occurs, normal.
Two planes it is a coincidence. Three planes and something is going on.
Four planes and the pairing of talking and event has to be explained. It's
the same as the half second loud sound and then silence. There has to be
one linking event for four aircraft to experience same catastrophic event.
Also, all the planes took off at night. 50% would be a normal number not
100%. The darkness may relate to improper latching of the door. Several
of the planes took off late which may mean a rush to close door.
So the similar pattern is an early model high time Boeing 747 is late
for takeoff, door closed at night, plane takes off and during a pressure
change situation of climb or descent, talks on the radio, door opens, door
and skin are torn off exposing huge hole which allows air pressure to tear
off nose severing electrical power to recorders leaving half second loud
sound then silence, the nose falls separately, number three engine is fodded
with baggage debris, and locus of destruction is just forward of the wing.
That pattern could fit Air India 78, Air India 182, Pan Am 103, and TWA
800. It also fits UAL 811 except for nose coming off.
Also was in contact with a law firm that represents families of victims.
The senior partner of the firm seemed very knowledgeable about aviation
crashes. He had posted a message in the newsgroups part of the internet
asking for comment from anyone with information about TWA 800. I responded.
Further information about the Air India crashes will be hard to get. It
is ignored in the western press and magazines. I'll try to order the accident
reports from the Indian Government.
Comment: Writing relieves the frustration; it gives the illusion
something is being done.
